ongratulations! We are happy that you are considering using one of the Chapels at Cornell as the place for your wedding ceremony. We have two requirements:
- Cornell connection is necessary and includes:
Student or Alumni, (having earned an undergraduate or graduate degrees from Cornell University), Faculty, Staff or Trustee, Children of Alumni, Faculty, Staff or Trustee - Religious Ceremony:
Weddings may be scheduled by people of any faith as long as the ceremony is officiated by an ordained minister, priest, or rabbi. If you are planning a civil ceremony, we can advise you of alternate locations on campus.
Making Reservations:
Wedding reservations for 2009 will be taken on
the first business day of the same month in 2008.
For example, if your wedding is planned for June
2009, please call to make your reservation on June
1, 2008 (Contact information is listed below under
Additional Information).
Fees and Honoraria:
Sage Chapel - $300.00 *seating capacity 820
Anabel Taylor Hall Chapel - $225.00 *seating capacity 160
*Both chapels require a $50 non-refundable deposit which is applied to the total fee
Clergy ranging from $200.00 to $300.00, actual amount to be decided with those involved
Organists - $200.00 to $300.00, actual amount to be decided with those involved
